Our readers asked for a tin box to keep their letters in. This is it.

Made for the Klondike Letters.

Finch and Hawk: The Klondike Letters is a historical adventure told through 24 envelopes, mailed twice a month over a year. Each one is a chapter: letters from a journalist and a prospector chasing the 1897 gold rush, with diary pages, newspaper clippings, maps, and period artifacts folded in. This tin box was custom designed to hold all of it.

 Tin Box FAQ

Are the letters included?

No. This is the tin box only. Finch and Hawk: The Klondike Letters is sold separately. If you’d like both, a bundle is coming; for now, add each to your cart.

Will all 24 envelopes fit?

Yes. The tin was sized for the full set, with everything that comes inside each envelope: letters, diary pages, clippings, maps, and artifacts.

I’m already receiving the letters, or got them as a gift. Can I buy a tin box?

Yes. The tin ships on its own and holds whatever you’ve received so far, with room for the rest.

If I order the tin and the letters together, do they arrive together?

No. The tin ships as a separate parcel within 1 to 3 business days. The letters arrive by mail on the usual schedule, the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month, starting with the mailing date you selected.

Can I ship it to someone else?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout. The tin is a good gift for someone already reading the letters.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. Tin boxes ship to US addresses only.
